At SoberSips.Store, we create premium, mindful apparel and lifestyle goods—like our custom recovery caps, mugs, and graphic hoodies—on-demand just for you. Because each piece is individually crafted at the time of your order, our processing and transit times differ slightly from standard retail outlets.

Please read our official shipping guidelines below before finalizing your order.

🇺🇸 1. Exclusively Shipping Within the United States

To guarantee the highest quality control and quickest delivery speeds, SoberSips.Store exclusively ships to addresses located within the United States (including all 50 states).

  • We currently do not offer international shipping to Canada, the EU, the UK, or other global destinations.

  • Any international orders automatically flagged by our checkout system will be promptly canceled and refunded.

⏱️ 2. Order Processing & Production Times

Because we operate a custom print-on-demand model to avoid textile waste, items must be printed before they leave the facility.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your apparel, mugs, or accessories to be printed and packaged.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-demand holidays or major product drops, custom production may take up to 7 business days before dispatch.

  • Note: Processing times are entirely separate from transit shipping times.

📦 3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Windows

Once your order leaves the production facility, it is handed over to major domestic carriers (such as USPS, DHL eCommerce, or FedEx).

🚚 Total Estimated Wait Time: From the moment you click "Buy" to arrival at your doorstep, most domestic orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days.

📍 4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is printed, packed, and enters the postal system, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status link.

🛑 5. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Double-Check Your Details: Please verify your full delivery address, apartment numbers, and zip codes at checkout. Our automated system syncs addresses immediately to our print facilities.

  • Correction Window: If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [support@sobersips.store]. Once an order enters the printing phase, the destination address cannot be altered.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is sent back to us by the carrier due to an "insufficient or invalid address" provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping or re-printing the product.
